Have there been any changes since we saw you last? Change of car, new mobile phone number, change of address...

Contact phone number on the day of the repair

This is the one most important piece of information, as we guarantee that no additional work will be carried out without your prior approval.

Reminders

We send out postal reminders for MOTs and services however, if you have an email address and mobile phone number to hand we can send you reminders by them as well.

What to bring

Please bring your service book with you so it can be stamped. A clear service history can improve the resale value of your car.
